“I don’t know what I need” is probably one of the most common things I hear in clinic 🤍

And you genuinely don’t need to know.

You don’t need to arrive knowing which filler, how many mls or what treatment you should book. That’s what your consultation is for.

We’ll talk about what’s bothering you, what you’d like to achieve, your budget and — most importantly — whether I actually think treatment will benefit you.

Sometimes that means filler. Sometimes it means focusing on your skin or collagen instead. And sometimes I’ll tell you I wouldn’t do anything at all.

My aim is never to make you look “done”. It’s to help you still look like you, just a little fresher.

A little Quick Fire Q&A — Aesthetics Practitioner Edition 🤍✨

I thought I’d share a little more about the person behind Refined — because there’s a lot more to me than needles and skincare 😂

💋 Favourite treatment? Lip enhancements. I still LOVE creating a beautifully balanced lip.

✨ Most underrated? Microneedling. Such a simple treatment, but the results for skin quality can be incredible.

🤍 Favourite part of my job? The results — but especially that moment when someone looks in the mirror and you can see their confidence lift.

✈️ Outside of work? Travelling. My absolute happy place and something I’ll never get bored of.

🧴 Home skincare or treatments? BOTH. Good treatments can do amazing things, but what you do with your skin every single day matters too.

👩🏼‍⚕️ If I wasn’t in aesthetics? I’d still be a nurse! Nursing has always been such a huge part of who I am.
