Here at Axe Valley Home Care we have a very special vacancy which is in need of a very special person!
Do you love being out and about, creating memories and supporting families? Could you be the newest member of the AVHC family
Key responsibilities:
Enabling- supporting individuals to maintain their independence and enabling families to spend quality time together and apart
Companionship and accessing the community- perhaps a coffee on the beach, a trip to the garden centre or a ride on the train? everyday is different
Domestic tasks- are you a whizz with the mop and enjoy creating homely, warm spaces for people to thrive in?
No experience needed- we are looking for kindness, positive energy and a great sense of humour!
In return we offer:
· Excellent pay rate: £12.84 p/h with inclusive travel time payment, up to £19.26 on Bank Holidays.
· Permanent contract
· 30p mileage allowance
· Full induction training plus ongoing training and support
