Proud moments and wonderful memories were shared today at Church Farm Care at Wren Hall!

Our family members took part in a lovely reminiscence activity where they told our staff about the professions they once had. From skilled trades and teaching, to farming, and many other careers, everyone had a story to tell.

It was fascinating to hear about their working lives and the valuable contributions they made to their communities. These conversations remind us that every family member has a lifetime of experiences, achievements, and wisdom to share.

Church farm care at Wren Hall Nursing Home

On Friday, our family members enjoyed a wonderful time in the garden with our fantastic gardener, Tim. 🌼

Everyone had the opportunity to get involved, enjoy the fresh air, and spend time tending to the garden together. It was a lovely session filled with smiles, conversation, and teamwork, helping our outdoor space continue to flourish.

Our Family Members had a wonderful time celebrating Funky Friday alongside their families, our lovely Little Wrens, and friends from our Day Centre.

Our ladies and gents thoroughly enjoyed baking alongside the younger generation, sharing smiles, laughter, and plenty of delicious treats. It was wonderful to see everyone working together, chatting, and creating special memories through the joy of baking.

🌸 Nurture with Nature Project 2026 🌸

What a wonderful afternoon we shared yesterday at Church Farm Care at Wren Hall Nursing Home! 💚

Our family members, and our lovely Little Wrens came together for a truly special intergenerational session as part of our Nurture with Nature Project 2026.

Together, we planted beautiful flowers and got creative decorating bird feeders, sharing smiles, laughter, and plenty of conversation along the way. It was heartwarming to see different generations connecting, learning from one another, and creating lasting memories.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the session such a success. We can't wait for our next Nurture with Nature activity! 🌼🐦
