From my recent trip with the USA U23 boys national team to Zavod Miru and Oberosterreich Rundfahrt. Very successful with lots of great results including a team GC win and a 2nd overall.
I have some availability at the back end of next week before I go away again to British Nationals in Aberystwyth.

Sorry for the very limited content for the last couple of weeks, I was away working with the USA U23 Mens Cycling team across Eastern Europe.
I am available for the next week and a half until Monday 22nd when I am away again for the British Cycling National Championships.

Hi everyone from a very beautiful Austria. Sorry I haven't updated you all for a while, its been a very busy and successful trip so far with the USA U23 boys. I am back in the UK on Monday and I am taking bookings from Wednesday 10th until Monday 22nd June when I am away again. I still have some appointments available and I really appreciate all of the support.

Out in lovely Malhamdale today seeing lots of lovely customers.
Last week of availability next week as I am away for Cycling work from Saturday 23rd May.
Appointment available Monday morning, Tuesday morning and then not until Wednesday 10th June.

I have a few appointments available during the second half of this week. A good chance to get booked in for an MoT on yourself or to get that injury, ache or persistent pain that won't go away looked at.
Next week I have extremely limited availability before I then am away for two and a half weeks with the USA U23 men's team. Next availability after next week won't be until Wednesday 10th June.

A busy weekend for me covering football on Saturday for Settle United Football Club in their final match of the season against Weston Lane followed by Cricket for myself for Settle Cricket Club against carnforth yesterday. I am never off duty, a few minor injuries to deal with both at football and Cricket meant a quick Physique Management restock of the bag before the week commences.

I work mobile which allows for customers to be treated in their own comfortable environment.
Certain benefits include time, you may work from home meaning that you may have to take either a whole morning or afternoon off to get treatment, I can come in and treat you promptly and professionally and you can be back to work in a timely manor. On the other hand if you do work a 9 - 5 I can come during the evenings to suit you.

Cricket season has started, to reduce the likelihood of injury, especially if you play at a high level, it is really important to introduce Sports Massage in to your routine.
This will help in faster muscle recovery and pain relief as well as lowering the chances of common cricket injuries caused by some of the repetitive actions.
