Wendy Day Wellbeing I support professional people who are exhausted and overwhelmed to feel calm, grounded and have fantastic energy.

I specialise in burnout and recovery from chronic fatigue and pain. As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life

balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? It can be difficult and confusing to get the bottom of what is causing these life-restricting symptoms. Living with low energy or burnout can create a huge amount of uncertainty and worry around managing life's responsibilities. I support clients to get to the bottom of what is causing these symptoms and empower them to make positive changes towards rebuilding energy and gradually creating a life full of health and improved wellbeing. Recovery is completely possible - I've been through it myself and now I help others to feel like themselves again. Our cortisol levels impact us in so many ways. If they are chronically high, they can cause hormonal imbalance and being tired but wired at bedtime, and those 3am wake up sessions when all our worries flood into our mind.

They are connected to the management of inflammation in the body, our blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Being chronically stressed, from worry, overthinking and pushing ourselves too hard can cause elevated cortisol levels which over time erode our health.

Working with a health coach can help you to bring in changes to your diet, mindset and lifestyle to bring these levels into balance.
