Introducing our new Sports Therapist Jade!

Jade qualified in Soft Tissue Therapy from London School of Massage.

She offers advice, treatment and exercise to help patients understand their injuries and aid in recovery as well as prevention of further injury. Her services include soft tissue techniques, dry needling, exercise advice and Kinesio taping.

Jade currently works with local sports teams providing preventative treatment, supporting safe recovery and return to sport.
