What a week! We enjoyed carpet bowls, hand massages, rock and roll with Tim rocking in Rockdale, footy, curling, a quiz, and a lovely outing for some of our residents. A week full of fun, laughter, and great memories!

Congratulations to Jerome, our Employee of the Month for June! A well-deserved recognition for all your hard work and dedication.

Jerome shared the following heartfelt message:

"Grateful for all of you! I really appreciate the recognition. My work ethic is just a reflection of how great our team and management we have right now. I'd say I'm very fortunate to work alongside such supportive people every day, and this achievement is definitely a shared effort. I couldn't ask for a better group to work with. Looking forward to continuing the great work together. 🙏🏾"

What a wonderful few days we've had! 🎉 We've enjoyed singing, ping pong, flower arranging in the garden, active games, quizzes, films, and even a game of Snakes and Ladders. We've also spent time relaxing in the shade, making the most of the lovely weather. ☀️

There have been so many smiles, plenty of laughter, and lots of wonderful memories made together.

What a week! 🌸

We celebrated birthdays this week, including a very special milestone as Isabel turned an incredible 102 years young. Happy Birthday, Isabel! 🎉🎂

We enjoyed wonderful talks about nature and flying, along with a fantastic performance from Paul the singer.

I was also delighted to receive an award this week. Thank you to everyone for your support—it made the moment even more special. 💙

The week was filled with singing, games, football, and creative arts and crafts, bringing lots of smiles, laughter, and lovely memories.

We’ve had a great few days, and Harry kept us all smiling! We also had singer Samantha join us, treating everyone to some fantastic singing.

We also said goodbye to one of our lovely carers, Angel, who is now a registered nurse and will be working at a hospital in London. We’re so proud of her and wish her every success in this exciting new chapter. Good luck, Angel – you’ll be amazing!

Elvis is back in the building—and even Ronaldo and Messi made an appearance from the World Cup! We also enjoyed watching Wimbledon, treated ourselves to ice cream, and took part in lots of exciting activities, including active games and quizzes. It was a fantastic few days filled with fun, laughter, and great memories.

What a wonderful few days our residents have had!

We enjoyed delicious food and drinks at The Anchor, with a big thank you to Barry, the landlord, for making us feel so welcome. A special thank you to our friend Fran for making it all possible. We enjoyed games, carpet bowls, skittles, quizzes, and a fantastic choir performance, and even had the lovely surprise of bumping into our singer, Phil, at the pub!

A few days full of laughter, friendship, and wonderful memories. 💙

Wow, that was fantastic! Despite the heat, everyone enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at Rockdale, with a superb saxophone performance featuring classics including "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers. 🎷☀️

Hot, hot and very hot today ☀️🔥

We managed to keep cool with lots of water and juices, plus ice cream, air con, singing, films, arts and crafts, and reading handwritten thank you letters from a really special project called Happiness Chat, involving Sevenoaks School.

Also spotted a brilliant bird box featuring David Beckham 😄🕊️ and realised someone in the home is clearly a fan!
