💚 Are you struggling with your mental health or feeling in crisis? You are not alone. 💚
At Shaftesbury Community Front Room, we are here to offer a safe, welcoming and supportive space for anyone who may be finding things difficult.
We are a mental health charity based in Shaftesbury, providing support in a way that works for you. Whether you need someone to talk to, some company, or help finding further support, our team is here to listen without judgement.
We offer: ✨ 1:1 face-to-face support
✨ Informal group support with Peer Specialists
✨ Telephone support calls
✨ Online support via NHS Attend Anywhere
Sessions can last anything up to 2 hours per visit, giving you time and space to talk at your own pace.
You are welcome to come alone or bring a friend, family member or support worker with you.
We can also help signpost you to other agencies, services and support groups that may be helpful.
🚪 No appointment needed — just pop in and see us for a chat, a cuppa, or simply some company.
Sometimes taking the first step is the hardest part — but you do not have to do it alone. 💚
