What an incredible Spring Equinox Yin and Sound workshop yesterday 💖🌟 we worked along the theme of Spring Cleaning, inviting our ‘body home’ to feel the windows open and the soft warmth of the Spring air sweep through so that our soul had space to shine with the light, love and joy of Spring 🌸💚🌟 the space was held by the crystal grid of Metatrons Cube gridded by my amazing Mum Roisin Munn 🙏🏼🥰 what a special morning 🙏🏼💫🌟###

I have been busy over the last few days preparing my Spring Equinox workshop for tomorrow 💖💖 and this evening I thanked the incredible universe that holds me, the beautiful soft spring air that flowed through me and the light that nourishes deep to my soul, how lucky we are to experience such beauty in this lifetime, happy Spring Equinox to all you amazing Yogis 🙏🏼💗💖🌟
