Oak Gables Partnership Patient Participation Group The aim of Oak Gables Patient Participation Group is to enhance communications between the patients and all partners and staff of The Oak Gables Partnership

This is NOT a page to send messages to the health centre (they will not be answered) it is purely for patients to get together and discuss ways in which we can help the practice move forward with patient views and ideas. We always welcome new members, it gives a great overview between different ages and what is important to a more diverse range of patients

Chatty Cafe this Thursday 30th April at 10am to 12 noon.
Shaw Lifelong Learning Centre. High Street Shaw.
We’ve moved the Chatty Cafe to the Lifelong Learning Centre from the Shaw Medical Centre because of the success of the Chatty Cafe.
Come and have free refreshments, meet some great people, get support and have some fun, including some
gentle chair exercise - if you’d like to join in.
We’ll see you there!
