raduated from the University of Southampton and completed my junior training in Surrey within the NHS before moving back to the area to specialise in spinal and sports physiotherapy privately. I have since gained further Masters Degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy, with further qualifications in Sports Massage and am also trained in Western Acupuncture. I was fortunate enough to be selected as a Sports Massage Practitioner at the London 2012 Olympics and worked hard ironing out all the aches and pains pre and post competition on a wide variety of athletes. It was an amazing experience and taught me so much about elite sport and how I can apply and build my own skills to offer the best treatment possible to my clients. I have also trained as a Pilates instructor and offer 1:1 sessions with clients as well as running classes which can be aimed at specific needs or skills you want to develop or just as a great way to get fit, have fun and relax.

Don't blame me if tonight's class is a bit wild I had a helper in planning (don't worry I didn't take on board all his suggestions)! He however thinks it looks amazing and is gutted daddy is coming to rescue him! Tonight's theme is all things summer ☀️🌈🍓🍹😎

Mon 20th - 2pm Equine, 5pm & 6pm Human
Tues 21st - 10,30 Canine, 4pm Equine
Thurs 30th - Human AM, Equine PM

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Im back! I wish I could say my holiday was all picture 1, in reality it was all picture 2, and for the rest of the summer it's picture 3 - enjoying the perks of road life between visits!

📅I've got good availability for July and am working through the summer hols but only with availability on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays!

📢I think I have got back to everyone but do shout if I haven't, sorry waiting times have been longer than I like but I've been super busy somehow managed to do over a month's worth of appointments in 3 weeks hopefully normal order will resume now 🙌🏼

Pilates for Horse Riders!
Not just your average pilates class! Where I try to bring fun, challenges, relaxation, strength and mobility in one big friendly warm welcome with a group of lovely like minded people!
