Some of the best techniques aren’t the hardest…

They’re the most precise.

Knowing exactly where to work, how much pressure to use and when to ease off is what makes the difference. It’s not about forcing the tissue, it’s about finding the spot that needs it most.

That’s the moment clients completely relax 😮‍💨

Would this hit the spot for you? 👇

Knee pain can be stubborn… but sometimes it’s the basics that make the biggest difference.

These are 4 techniques I use on knee patients every single week. Nothing flashy—just techniques I trust to help improve movement & reduce irritation.

Sometimes the best way to ease a stiff lower back isn’t by pressing harder.

If a client describes their lower back as feeling stiff, compressed or locked up give this a try.

Rather than adding more pressure, introduce gentle pelvic traction with controlled movement. For the right client it can create a relieving sense of decompression while encouraging relaxation and better movement.

Assessment always comes first, but this has become one of my go-to lumbar techniques.

Always rubbing your upper traps?

The tension you feel isn’t always where the problem starts.

Tight chest muscles can contribute to rounded shoulders, changing how your shoulder blade moves and making your upper traps work harder than they need to.

Sometimes the best treatment is looking beyond the painful area.

💬 Do your traps always feel tight?
