Today our staff and residents bid farewell to our interim manager Donna. She has been a breath of fresh air for Willowbeck. Funny, straight talking and takes no nonsense (although her choice of football team leaves a lot to be desired 🤣). Donna, we will all miss you very much! Thank you for your help, your support and for the laughs!!! Wheldale Heights are lucky to have you! ❤️❤️❤️

Wow what a weekend! Our annual summer fair raised £360 for Headway, The Brain injury Association. Thank you to everyone who came to support us and to our 2 little helpers Skye and Reggie. 👏 Also thank you to our HCA staff who supported our residents to attend and a big thank you to our activities team who worked really hard to put this together. 🥰

Just to make everyone aware that our front car park will be closed to staff and visitors on Saturday 18th July due to our summer fair. The top and side car parks will be open as normal. Please park responsibly as we still need access for emergency vehicles.

A big shout out to Tracy Kemp and her team at Bennett Court - Exemplar Health Care for another fabulous event The BennettFest!!!!!! Our residents and staff had the best day with you guys and our friends from Greenside Court - Exemplar Health Care and everyone else who was there. It was so well put together and was just totally fabulous!!! Thank you to our Willowbeck team who supported with this too in the hot 🌞🌞🌞!!!

Sunday=FUN DAY!!!! Sheraz and Carol enjoyed a fun filled day at sunny Skegness with our activities team. 🌞 They enjoyed a fish and chip lunch 🐟🍟 followed by an ice cream 🍦 before spending the afternoon making the most of the rides at the fun fair 🎡🎠. And what better way to cool off than to get splashed on the log flume 🤣🤣🤣
