What a wonderfully busy week we've had! We had a FUNtastic time at our fancy dress ambassador meeting with our friends from across the region, followed by a great time at the Sheffield Crucible theatre tea dance, a bit of gentle weight lifting and ending the week with a trip to the seaside 🥰
Making memories with our residents is just the best!!!! 🤗❤️

It's been a busy week for our Jon. First we went for a haircut✂️ then spent time in the garden playing Balloons Tennis 🎈and finished the week off at our pop up pub The Letters Inn with a few cheeky beers with his mum Wendy 🍻 🥰. Definitely a good week for Jon 😁

Today our staff and residents bid farewell to our interim manager Donna. She has been a breath of fresh air for Willowbeck. Funny, straight talking and takes no nonsense (although her choice of football team leaves a lot to be desired 🤣). Donna, we will all miss you very much! Thank you for your help, your support and for the laughs!!! Wheldale Heights are lucky to have you! ❤️❤️❤️

Wow what a weekend! Our annual summer fair raised £360 for Headway, The Brain injury Association. Thank you to everyone who came to support us and to our 2 little helpers Skye and Reggie. 👏 Also thank you to our HCA staff who supported our residents to attend and a big thank you to our activities team who worked really hard to put this together. 🥰

Just to make everyone aware that our front car park will be closed to staff and visitors on Saturday 18th July due to our summer fair. The top and side car parks will be open as normal. Please park responsibly as we still need access for emergency vehicles.
