Bowen Clinic Sheffield The Bowen Technique is an effective treatment for a wide range of conditions including back pain, frozen shoulder and asthma.

This gentle but effective therapy is suitable for all ages, small rolling moves for all types of aches, pains and injuries. Bowen is a relaxing and pleasant treatment, it can be made through clothing however we do prefer you to wear shorts and vest top to enable us to deliver the therapy directly onto the skin. Usually we book you in for 3 treatment sessions a week apart, most people see a change

within these sessions. However more chronic cases may need extra appointments, your Bowen therapist will advise you. Symptoms which Bowen therapy may help:
Asthma, Back Pain, Colic, Chronic Fatigue, Digestive Issues, Dyspraxia, Elbow Pain/Tennis Elbow, General Aches and Pains, Hamstring Pain, Hay Fever, Headaches/Migraines/Sinus, Heel and Foot pain, Hormone Imbalances, Jaw Problems, Neck Pain, Pain management, Pregnancy and Fertility Issues, Relaxation, Respiratory Conditions, Sciatica, Shoulder Pain/Restrictions/Frozen Shoulder, Sleep Issues, Sports Injuries, Stress and Tension, Whiplash.
