๐Ÿ‘€As we can see from the picture below, our bodies are mostly water. To allow our bodies to function well, we need to drink enough water.

๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ง Hot water, cold water, sparkling water, and iced water all count towards our 2.2 litres of water a day๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ง

This is a question I have asked myself for years, as I have struggled with my weight and honestly, I still don't have just a single answer ๐Ÿซค

๐Ÿค”What are your thoughts? Please let me know in the comments below.

However, what it is saying in the picture is so so true, our weight may fluctuate, but our WORTH doesn't.
