Note: this is a new version of Bare Birthing's page, as I lost access to the other one. I fell in love with hypnobirthing after the wonderful experience of the birth of my first baby. As such I learnt that birth is not something we simply have to 'get through'. A healthy baby is not 'all that matters'. You matter, what you want matters, your experience matters. A positive birth is such a

fantastic stepping stone into new parenthood, and one that we all deserve. Courses are held at the Sheffield Sling Library in S1.
