Many of you already know that, after a lot of thought, I’ve decided to change my approach to teaching yoga…
I’ve stepped away from running my weekly group sessions for now.
This is a decision that I’m actually really proud of myself for making. It can be so hard to walk away from something that is doing really well and that you’ve poured your heart into for many years. But I also believe that change happens when you push yourself to feel uncomfortable, and for a while now I have been wanting to have the flexibility to explore my deeper interests in yoga and grow as a teacher. Since becoming Frankie’s mum, I also need as much flexibility as possible.
So what does this mean for my teaching?
No more weekly vinyasa classes. But with that time and energy returned to me, I’ll be investing it in exploring different ways that I can host workshops, small group meetings ups, pop up events, etc etc - all of these ideas that I’ve had whizzing around my brain the last few years, but haven’t had chance to pursue.
I would also LOVE to start working more with other yoga studious, teachers and amazing businesses in Sheffield (if you’ll have me 🤗)… so if you’re a studio or local business and would like to work together on events or workshops, please do get in touch via DM or email at [email protected] 💌
As well as advertising via Instagram, I’ll be setting up a WhatsApp group for updates on upcoming classes and events. If you’d like to join, just send me a message and I’ll add you once it’s up and running. ✨
I’ll also be using this page to share a little more about me and my specific interests within and outside of yoga. ✌️
Finally, thank you all so much for coming to my classes and all your support so far, it truly means everything. This feels like the start of something new, and I’m really excited for what’s to come. 🤍
