My Reiki workshops also incorporate Seichem - a healing modality originating from Egypt, which includes the four elemental properties of fire, water, earth and air.

✨ Reiki Level One / Seichem Level One Workshop – 24th & 25th October 2026 ✨

My next Reiki Level One / Seichem workshop will be taking place on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th October.

This will be the first workshop held at the beautiful NEW venue, The Practice Rooms on Wilkinson Street, Sheffield. Set within a stunning Grade II listed building, it offers a calm, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful original features – the perfect setting to begin your Reiki journey.

Unlike traditional Reiki courses, this workshop also incorporates Seichem – a powerful extension of Reiki, originating from Egypt, that works with the healing energies of the four elements: Fire, Air, Earth and Water. Together, Reiki and Seichem offer a deeper, more expansive healing practice while remaining gentle, intuitive and accessible to everyone.

Over two relaxed and supportive days, you'll learn the principles of Reiki and Seichem, receive your Level One attunements, develop practical skills, and gain the confidence to use these beautiful healing energies for yourself, your family and friends and pets.

When someone shares something difficult with you, it’s natural to want to make it better. But...being heard can matter more than advice.

🫂 No rushing to solutions.
🫂 No telling them what they should do.
🫂 No minimising or questioning their experience.

In therapy, this is known as active listening — offering your full attention, allowing someone to speak at their own pace, and acknowledging how difficult things may feel for them. As a friend, partner or family member, your calm, compassionate presence can make a big difference to someone going through a traumatic time.

If you are still wanting to do more, asking them “what would feel helpful right now?” can be a supportive approach.

Sometimes support begins with simply staying present.

Thank you Meadowhall for recognising Myalgic Encephalitis (ME) Day and raising awareness of this misunderstood and underfunded condition.

I was diagnosed with Long Covid in 2023 which has now led to ME/CFS. I know my symptoms are mild compared to so many and I am able to continue working part time. We need more funding and more research.

Sending love and light today to my clients, and everyone affected by ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and long covid. 💙🌀
