Join Myself and Martin every Tuesday and Friday night ✨

7.30pm - 8.30pm

Martin plays the crystal singing bowls throughout, whilst I lead you in some deeply nourishing floor based poses.

We stay laid down for the whole practice, with maybe a little sit up for a cuppa.

Think of yourself like a Human Instrument, we all need a re tuning from time to time ♥️

The cosmos is doing some cool stuff at the moment ✨ and they turned CERN off a couple of weeks ago, which has certainly lifted the quantum realm!

Martin's preparing for a gig Saturday night so won't be joining me. He's gunna annoy our neighbours instead with his drums ⚡
