💙 Are You An Unpaid Carer? Let Us Know 💙

Do you regularly look after a family member, friend, or neighbour who could not manage without your help due to illness, disability, mental health needs, or frailty?

If so, you may be an unpaid carer ... and we would like to know.

By registering yourself as a Carer with the Practice we can:
✅️ Ensure your medical record reflects your caring role;
✅️ Offer appropriate support and information;
✅️ Help you access services and resources available to Carers;
✅️ Consider your caring responsibilities when arranging appointments and care.

Many people do not realise they are a Carer - if you provide regular unpaid support to someone, you may be entitled to additional help.

☎️ To register as a Carer with us, please either speak with a member of our Reception Team or complete the online form on our website: www.woodhousehealthcentre.co.uk/self-help-carers

Thank you for the invaluable support you provide to others in our community 💙🙏🏻

😷Staff sickness affecting service provision😷

Due to unexpected staff sickness, we are currently operating with reduced staffing levels. As a result, our service provision will be limited this week.

We kindly ask patients to be patient with our team as we prioritise urgent clinical needs. You may experience longer waiting times for appointments, telephone calls, prescription requests, and general enquiries.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging period.
