💜World Su***de Prevention Day September 10th 💜
Su***de is permenant, depression doesn’t have to be.

Today is a reminder that no one should feel like they have to face things alone. Sometimes simply checking in, listening without judgement, or letting someone know that you’re there can make a real difference. If you’re struggling, please reach out for support — whether that’s your GP, Foxhill Medical Centre, Samaritans or NHS 111 (option 2). Asking for help is a brave and important step. You matter, you are not alone, and support is available. 🦊💜

Your Health Matters 💙

Winter can be tough — and getting flu can make things even harder.

If you’re eligible for an NHS flu vaccination, we’d encourage you to get protected. 💉

You do not need to have a permanent home to access healthcare.

If you’re unsure whether you can have a flu vaccination, please get in touch with us. We’re happy to help.

Today we say a sad farewell to one of our lovely GP’s.
Dr Beth Hughes has been at Foxhill Medical Centre for four years and during her time with us has delivered outstanding care to her patients, many of whom I know will be deeply sorry to hear of her departure. Dr Hughes has been an amazing colleague and friend to us all here at the Medical Centre and we will miss her very much.
We wish her all the very best as she starts a new chapter in her life and thank her for all her hard work, kindness and care.
