FUN filled football coaching for ALL GIRLS and BOYS aged 2-13 years old. All abilities welcome, children with additional needs are all well looked after. Sessions are delivered by our very experienced FA Qualified Coaches who are all DBS/CRB checked and cleared. We provide the perfect introduction into football for youn

g children. All our sessions are aimed to increase children's SOCIAL skills, CONFIDENCE and FUNdamental motor skills, all through high quality, innovative football based games. 🙌 What a way to finish the SUMMER!! 💙⚽🎉

📅 Friday started with our Year 4, 5 & 6 Little Messys Tournament — 7 teams, loads of football and a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish!

🇧🇷 Brazil were absolutely flying, winning every single game in the group stage before going on to beat Spain in the Grand Final! 🏆

👏 A massive well done to every player who took part. The standard was brilliant, but more importantly the attitude, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the evening were exactly what we wanted to see! ⚽

🎉 Then it was straight into our End of Summer Party… and what a night it was! 🎉

🤯 Over 100 people joined us for pizza, football, a brilliant raffle, party games, music and plenty of laughs throughout the night!

The party carried on right through until 11pm, with loads of families staying until the very end! 💙

🙏 A huge thank you to all the parents, players, coaches, Young Leaders and everyone who helped make the evening such a success!

What a summer it’s been. Thanks for being part of the Messys Family! 💙⚽

⚽🔥 MONDAY MADNESS! 🔥⚽

Another brilliant Monday at Wath Academy, with loads of football, plenty of competition and some cracking moments! 🚀⚽

🕔 Coach Harry’s 5pm 7–9s were straight into Dragon’s Den 🐉, working on their dribbling and close control, before moving onto Jailbreak 🔓🎯 to put their shooting and finishing to the test!

🕔 Coach Luke’s 5pm 9–11s took on Gladiators 🛡️⚔️, working on their dribbling and zone defending. Plenty of battles, quick feet and competitive moments throughout!

🕕 Then it was time for our 11–15s group, who also battled it out in Gladiators 🛡️ before finishing with a tense 1–0 match! ⚡

And what decided the game? A BIG header from… one of the smallest players on the pitch! 😂👏⚽

🫣 The summer holidays are officially over, but that means our Dronfield groups have been pretty much FULL HOUSE this weekend! 🙌🔥

🔵 SATURDAY MESSYS
Our older groups were put through their paces with Coach Mackenzie — challenging games, plenty of competition, match play and, most importantly, lots of laughs! ⚽😂

⏰ 9am — 8–11yrs
⏰ 10am — 11–14yrs

🔵 SUNDAY MESSYS
Our younger Messys have been having loads of fun with Coaches Macks, Hannah & Liam! 🙌

Lots of fun mini-challenges, introducing tackling and match play, while continuing to promote teamwork, sportsmanship and confidence 💙⚽

⏰ 10am — 5–8yrs

What a night for our first Little Messys tournament of the week! ⚽🏆💙

Our Year 2 & 3 superstars absolutely smashed it tonight with loads of brilliant football, big goals, penalty shootouts and plenty of smiles along the way! 🙌

After a really competitive group stage, it was PORTUGAL vs ENGLAND in the FINAL… 🇵🇹🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

And it was PORTUGAL who came out on top to be crowned our Little Messys Tournament Champions! 🏆👏

A massive well done to every single player who took part tonight — the effort, confidence and sportsmanship on show was brilliant! 💙

Big thank you as well to all the parents for the amazing support from the sidelines and to our Young Leaders for managing the teams throughout! 👏

One tournament down… another big one to come on Friday! 👀⚽🔥

😀 What a fantastic summer we have had at Wath Messys - 8 days of football camps ✅💥✅

👏 The kids have been fantastic all summer long, making new friends, learning new games, developing skills, but mainly just having a fun time during their school holidays 😀
