September Mythosomatic Almanac
There is a moment in the turning of the year when day and night meet.
For a brief threshold, the light and the dark stand together in balance.
This is the medicine of the Autumn Equinox.
Learning how to meet nuance, the places in between.
The visible and the hidden, harvest and dissolution, self and other.
The life you have been growing this year
and the seeds you are not yet ready to plant.
September’s Temple of Balance invites us into this threshold through the body, myth & seasonal ritual.
Exploring the practice of balance as:
🍂deepening embodiment.
🍂enriching relationship.
🍂meeting the threshold.
Through the wisdom of the body, psyche & the turning, dynamic, living Earth.
Together we will explore what it means to become more deeply attuned to our own inner rhythms- not forcing ourselves into constant equilibrium or regulation (which is totally unrealistic by the way🙃)
Instead we meet ourselves where we are & listen for what is asking to be recalibrated so that we may live in deeper harmony with our authentic nature.

Celebrating you as you journey this next spiral around the sun. We are immensely proud of the loving person you are blossoming into- you are brave, kind, creative, compassionate, wise,adventurous, fierce and so funny now 😆 . laughter with you is my heart’s medicine.
It’s my greatest joy to be your mama and I already know you are going to be one amazing big brother once baby sister arrives.

Glastonbury Goddess Conference 2026- Earth Mother: Goddess of Creation Year The Glastonbury Goddess Conference 🌎🌳🌊🦋💚💙

It’s been a week today since I landed back home from Avalon following the week of beauty, community and devotion that is the Goddess Conference. This year I had the honour of serving as one of the Directional Priestess Pillars who support the ceremonies and hold the muse circles ( the intimate group containers) throughout the conference. I was blessed to work alongside Cerridwen, holding the direction of the south east and Her cauldron of the deep waters of wisdom.

It’s so difficult to try to capture the words in a short Instagram caption to try express the journey and ways this week has touched me- the moments shared, the conversations and memories that will continue to fill my heart & water my soul long after the week concludes..

But it’s true that these pilgrimages and experiences change us, sometimes in ways we don’t immediately understand.

For now - it feels I have returned with a deeper appreciation for my own priestess & mothering journey- especially as it continues to shift form with the imminent arrival of my daughter and hold a deep gratitude for the love, support and care that surrounds me in & through this community.

I also have a deepening faith in our shared Goddess traditions, honouring its many faces and forms & offer prayers and blessings for all the ways it is rippling out, seeding and taking root for the bright future & nourishment of mothers, children and our beloved earth home worldwide.

Can’t wait for next year already ✨💙

Blessed Lammas 🌾🌻Harvest Reflections & The Temple of Abundance 🌾🌻

This year has deeply changed me.
Perhaps not in a loud or dramatic way but in the slow, quiet ways that the Earth changes with each turning of her seasons.

As my body has become a home for a new life this year, I’ve found myself moving at a different pace. Listening more deeply. Letting go of the constant urge to push ahead. Learning that there are seasons when our greatest work is not in striving, but in trusting the unfolding, often unseen process of new growth 🌱

To honour the wisdom of the Harvest is to kneel before the life that has unfolded through your care, your courage, your grief, your devotion.

To take a moment to truly pause, appreciate and notice the journey taken. The whole spiral that nourishes the whole.

We are often taught to skip over this part. We might celebrate for a moment, then move onto the next goal or task on the never ending to do list.
We offer so much of ourselves that we forget to receive.
We may keep pouring from the well without ever returning to the spring.

The Earth asks something different of us.
She asks us to pause, to integrate & rest.
To refill our reserves.
To let ourselves be nourished by the very life we’ve helped to create.

That is the heart of this month’s Temple of Abundance in my Mythosomatic Almanac Online Sanctuary.

Through the stories of the Harvest Mother, myth, ritual, embodied practice and the turning of the Wheel, we’ll gather together and honour what is ripening within each of us.

Because your journey & harvest is perhaps far greater than you’ve allowed yourself to realise.

As I enter the final days of my service here in Avalon to The Earth Mother of Creation as part of the Directional Priestess Circle at this years Goddess Conference - I am filled with gratitude and appreciation for the journey of life & all its unfolding, creative forms- lessons learned, hearts opened & memories made.

Three incredible ceremonies across the sacred landscape of Avalon🩵💚🦋

Such a gift to be part of this weaving in honour of Her - She who is Creatrix Mother of the three realms and all the ways She manifests Her creativity in and through our lives.

My body may be sore and tired now but my heart & spirit is full with the beauty of all that The Goddess Conference offers. Especially with so many new friends joining us for the first time & witnessing the joy and connections forming, intentions and seeds being sewn and the love of Goddess manifest in our community.

Deep gratitude too for all the love, care and support that is poured into the creation of this experience, the circles within circles who hold and tend to all who come & gather here in Her Temple each year.

So wonderful to reconnect with so many of my dear conference family and to welcome new faces into the conference for the first time.. we are so looking forward to an incredible week of talks, workshops, ceremonies, art installations and presentations in celebration and devotion ahead this coming Lammas week..🌎✨🌾

Such an honour also to witness the lighting of the conference flame, to offer elemental blessings and to hold embodiment for Her as the all giving mother in the opening devotion of the day.
It was also a true gift to share this day with my own mama & while carrying my baby girl in my womb~ 3 Generations of mothering stories weaving as part of this wider thread of journeying with Her mysteries.

And that’s only day 1 😘

There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed by a supportive circle of women.

Last night, inside the Mythosomatic Almanac, we gathered for our monthly Temple Circle Live Call and explored the wisdom of The Mother Within.

Together we reflected on what it truly means to nourish ourselves, honour our boundaries, and cultivate the quiet, steady practice of self-trust.

Through myth, somatic practice, ritual, and heartfelt reflection, we were reminded that devotion is about attunement- the sacred practice of witnessing, holding and meeting ourselves with love, compassion and truth thereby becoming a safe space to allow all parts of self to be met and welcomed home- especially during the more challenging moments of life.

The Daydreamers Retreat Grow Yoga | Therapeutic Yoga Space 🌸🌱✨

A beautiful & restorative day of slowing down, dropping in and making space for dreaming, play, deep rest, creativity and community.

Deliberately set over a Monday to disrupt cultural narratives & expectations around what ‘productivity’, ‘creativity’ and starting a week ‘well’ can actually look - & most importantly feel like.. as a busy pregnant mama, spaceholder & small biz owner entering into the Summer holiday season… (IYKYK)

This is an edge & reminder I am constantly leaning into embody further - especially so this month as I deepen into the practice of cultivating ‘self nurturance’ alongside my membership circle in the Temple of Devotion 🌸🌱

Thank you so much to Elisha for crafting out this little pocket of time & space for us all to receive and simply’ be’- it was deeply needed & I’m stepping back into my week feeling much more resourced & replenished 🌱
