My name is Gail Stephens, and I am the Creatrix of Dancing Warriors Yoga. I am an accredited experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and a passionate practitioner. I love to teach and work with students and clients, bringing an experiential knowledge and playful curiosity into my practice. It is my belief that yoga is an embodied practice, and that the real magic happens when we take yoga off

the mat and into our lives. I am based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, and I practice locally, nationally and internationally. My classes are intentionally small, friendly and mutually supportive. Additionally I run workshops, retreats and specialist programmes. These are my regular weekly yoga classes:

Monday evening: 18.45 - 20.15 Liminal Spaces: Yin Yoga
Wednesday evening: 18.30 - 20.00 Grace and Grit: Slow Flow Hatha
Thursday morning: 07.30 - 09.00 Grace and Grit: Slow Flow Hatha
Friday morning: 10.00 - 11.30 Liminal Spaces: Yin Yoga
Wednesday morning: 10.00 - 11.15 Inspiring Grace: gentle yoga for every body
Wednesday evening: 17.45 - 18.15 Take a Breath: breath techniques and practices

Classes are either live streamed via Zoom from Dancing Warriors Yoga Studio or are in person at Dancing Warriors Studio. They can be booked here: www.dancingwarriors.as.me

And just like that, we're back!

I hope everyone's had a great summer, such as it was.

It feels like now is the time to get back into our rythms and routines, coming home to ourselves, gathering in and getting ready.

Time to come back to (or perhaps start) your regular yoga practice.

Yin and Yang are in a continual relationship with each other - in life and in yoga. Yin is the yoga of the other half; a slow practice anchored into the breath and exploring deep into ourselves as we settle into stillness.
