Welcome to Ortus House.

Located in Dinnington, Yorkshire, Ortus House is the home of Ortus Technologies and the hub of everything we do.

In our latest video, we take you behind the scenes, from our main office where our teams collaborate every day, to our Customer Experience Centre where we host training sessions, customer meetings and industry events.

We're proud to be supporting Team UK at the European Resuscitation Council Resuscitation Competition in Milan.

Made up of Specialist Operations Response Team (SORT) paramedics the team will compete against some of Europe's most skilled healthcare professionals in a series of high-pressure emergency care scenarios.

Ahead of the competition, we caught up with the team to hear what this opportunity means to them, how they've been preparing, and what they hope to bring back from the experience.

Less than two weeks to go - see you at the Emergency Services Show 2026

In just two weeks, Ortus Technologies will be at the Emergency Services Show, and this year we're bringing more to Stand L60 than ever before.

From advanced cardiac arrest pathways to connected care, ventilation quality and crew safety, we'll be showcasing the technologies helping shape the next generation of pre-hospital care, including several of the newest additions to the Ortus portfolio:

🚑 Training underway with SECAmb

Since June, we’ve been delivering training to South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) educators, OTLs and Critical Care Paramedics on their new corpuls3T (C3T) devices.

It’s been fantastic to see such a high level of engagement throughout the sessions, with crews getting hands-on with the technology and building their confidence in using the new devices.

A big thank you to all SECAmb personnel who have taken part so far, played a part in organising the sessions, or are carrying out familiarisation training in-house. Your enthusiasm, questions and commitment to getting the most from your corpuls3 devices have made the training a real success.

We’re looking forward to continuing the rollout and supporting SECAmb as they introduce the corpuls3T across their teams.

Great equipment is only part of the solution — great training makes the difference.

In cardiac arrest, survival is only half the story.

Whether someone walks out of hospital neurologically intact is the endpoint that increasingly defines success — and it's the one the SYMEVECA phase 2 study set out to measure across three ventilation methods.

The result was a trend in favour of Chest Compression Synchronised Ventilation: favourable neurological outcome (CPC 1–2) was recorded in 16% of patients ventilated with CCSV, compared to 12.4% with IPPV and 9.4% with bag-valve-mask ventilation in non-traumatic OHCA. The difference didn't reach statistical significance (p = 0.19) — but the direction is consistent with a growing body of CCSV evidence.

CCSV is an available mode on MEDUMAT Standard², already in use by over 150 emergency organisations and hospitals.
