Although Mental Health Awareness Week will come to an end, the conversation around mental health won't stop.

Checking in, supporting one another, setting boundaries, resting, and reaching out all matter. Continue taking small actions to help yourself and those around you.

Mental wellbeing isn't about feeling positive all the time. Some days are hard. Some days feel heavy. Some days you can't quite name what's wrong.

It's okay to:
- Have difficult days
- Feel overwhelmed
- Need space
- Experience mixed emotions
- Not be okay

Your feelings don't have to be "justified" to be valid. And you don't have to hide them to deserve care, kindness, or support.

Asking for help can feel difficult, especially when we are used to carrying everything alone. But reaching out is not weakness. It is courage.

Support can come in many forms:
• A conversation with a friend
• Therapy
• Support groups
• Taking time off
• Speaking honestly about how you feel

You deserve support too.

Rest is not something you have to earn.

Taking breaks, slowing down, and allowing yourself space to recharge are all important parts of wellbeing.

Productivity culture often tells us to keep going, but mental health sometimes asks us to pause.

Today’s reminder: You are allowed to rest without guilt.

Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week. This years theme is Action. Taking even the smallest of actions can increase feelings of hope and help us feel less powerless.

So throughout the week, we’ll be sharing small reminders, practical tips, and supportive messages to help encourage you to take action on mental health, whether to help yourself or someone else.

We'd also love to hear about some of the small actions you take, to help improve your wellbeing. Please share!
