We need you! We still have spaces available for the Manchester Half Marathon and Tough Mudder 💚

If you've ever wanted to take on the Manchester Half Marathon but weren't quite sure where to start, we can help. You'd be running in support of Mental Health Matters, an incredibly important charity that works every day to support people's mental health across the country.

Or maybe you're more of a Tough Mudder person. Someone who doesn't mind getting muddy in the name of a good cause 😄 It's tough, it's muddy, but it's a lot of fun.

If you're able to support in any way, you'd be helping to raise money for Mental Health Matters, a national mental health charity that's been supporting people for over 40 years.

We'd love to have you on the team.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU 🗣️

If you have visited us at the Hub recently, we’re interested in finding out how you found it. All feedback helps us to understand what we are doing well and how we can improve - something we are always striving to do 💪🏽

The survey is anonymous and takes around 5 minutes to complete!

Thank you in advance 🩷💙

June is Pride Month, and at Mental Health Matters, we're using it as a moment to reaffirm something we believe year-round: LGBTQ+ mental health matters.

LGBTQ+ people continue to face significantly higher rates of anxiety, depression, and crisis than the general population. Visibility, community, and access to the right support make a real difference.

🏳️‍🌈 If you or someone you know is LGBTQ+ and looking for mental health support, visit https://www.mhm.org.uk/listing/category/lgbtq-mental-health

A polite notice about our group sessions 📢

For groups that involve a planned activity, we kindly ask that everyone aims for a timely arrival so that we can start promptly and altogether.

Arriving on time means you won’t miss any important info as we won’t always be able to restart the group from the beginning. This will also ensure a focused space for everyone attending.

We completely understand that anxiety, traffic or just life can get in the way. If you are running late then please don’t stress - your attendance is the most important thing and you are still welcome to join us😄

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation 💙🩷
