I am a gender non binary/transgender therapist and transformational coach providing an integrated approach to helping my clients with the skills of humaning. I'm predominately female consciousness existing in a physical male body having after many years in my own process settled, so far, on a decision that surgical and hormonal intervention is not my path. I have over 3 decades experience in the field of personal development, training and well being. I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, EFT practitioner, Reiki healer, meditation teacher and martial arts instructor. My mission is to be of service and assistance to all individuals in their journey towards greater wholeness, acceptance and integration of all aspects of themselves. This includes the resolving of the struggle between the masculine and feminine that continues in so many of us. In particular, through the access point of Integrated Life Solutions I am seeking to bring my extensive skills and knowledge to those individuals and groups who do not fit into the heteronormative model of being a person, into the imposed gender binaries. I know from my own journey the challenge of finding help in my process from therapists, coaches etc free from subconsciously held societal prejudices. Subtle and non conscious as these may be, they are none the less often felt powerfully by those of us who have honed our sensitivity to such things throughout our lives to keep ourselves safe. I am not presenting myself as a specialist in LGBTQ specific issues, but as a resource to our community as a member of that community, a resource with whom you can feel comfortable and celebrated as yourself while we work on whatever aspect of your personal change and growth you bring.

Just begin…
with the intention to forgive — yourself, others, the past.
