Leave the bustle of everyday life behind and join me for a nurturing couple of hours of rest, reflection, gentle movement and a grounding tea ceremony.

We will practice mindful rest and movement, calm our nervous systems, and explore a deeper connection to ourselves and others.

Suitable for anyone who would simply like to treat themselves as well as those experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, risk of burnout and/or fatigue.

The workshop is facilitated by me, Hester. I bring my Alexander Technique and workshopping skills to the experience to make it a safe and kind space for all.
