This week I had the pleasure of helping more people get active, healthier and happier with Chairaerobics in 2 new care homes.

We now visit all 3 homes across Stocksbridge & Upper Don (Belmont House Care & Nursing Home, Alpine lodge care home & Coumes Brook) with thanks to your local PCN, Valley medical centre, Deepcar medical centre & Oughtibridge Surgery.
