Most people don't realise that hearing loss can be the result of someone else's actions -and that it can form the basis of a legal claim.

1. Assessment - Visit our team at Byrom Audiology and learn whether Lenire is the right treatment for you. Your first session includes a full audiological assessment to make sure there are no underlying conditions at play.
2. Tailored to you - The Lenire device is customised to your tinnitus and hearing profile. The audio and tongue stimulation parameters are set based on your audiological profile, so the treatment is genuinely yours — no two plans are the same.
3. Home use - Lenire is non-invasive and used at home under the supervision of our team. You'll use it daily as advised, fitting it into your routine — for example, first thing when you wake up.

Tinnitus affects around one in ten adults in the UK. For many, it’s not just a ringing in the ears - it’s something that disrupts sleep, concentration, relationships, and quality of life. And for a long time, the honest answer from most clinicians was that there wasn’t much that could be done beyond management and coping strategies.
