🥰At The Hub, all of our physiotherapists are on the HCPC register. The Health and Care Professions Counsel makes sure physios (in our case) are registered and meeting set standards of care.

👉🏼It is always wise to check your therapist is listed fit to practice 🥳

😊This includes -

✔️ they meet the standards of proficiency

✔️ they follow the standards of conduct performance and ethics

✔️ any concerns re conducts of care are high lighted against them

✔️ it provides public protection to make sure patients are being treated by physios who meet their professional standards.

As a customer/patient, you can check the register to make sure you are seeing the right person👍🏻. All you need to do is put in their name and profession as ‘physiotherapist’. This will reassure you all required standards are being met 🙌🏻

Every clinician at our practice is on the HCPC register. This also
means you may be able to claim from a health scheme if you can provide a HCPC number🙌🏻

😊Megan specialises in stroke rehabilitation, and has experience helping people with other long term neurological conditions too.

😊Megan likes to make rehab interactive and engaging. She values the importance of tailoring each session to individual realistic goals in order for people return to the activities most important to them.

✔️ Megan is CSP & HCPC registered which means she is fully insured and regulated by our governing body. You may also be able to claim from a health scheme.

Well yesterday boss 1 injected boss 2 as sadly I’m some what out of action 😭

30 years of physio and my age 🤦‍♀️= wear & tear at my thumb joint causing pain on pressing and gripping 😩

We see many people with degenerative changes at this joint as it is a common place to take lots of strain through life.

💉 steroid injections are an effective way to help settle flareups and restore some function 👍🏻

Yay ……Josh is back with the team 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Josh started with us when the Hub opened last May and was hugely well regarded by everyone 🤗

He left us in September to follow his dreams and has traveled the globe for the past 12 months 🌍

🫶We have been patiently waiting to have him back and his clinics are now back on and running.
