Beautiful class on Thursday with my lovely regulars and a couple of new faces.

That's a wrap on my summer classes at Waverley Community Council as I take a little break through August for my holiday and for some rest and rejuvenation.

We'll be back in September feeling fresh and ready to welcome in the autumn season.

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who comes to my classes, I am so very grateful and love sharing the space with you all ✨🫶

Keep moving, keep breathing, but don't forget to slow down and enjoy life's tiny moments.

How gorgeous was this week's Ocean Flow, inspired by my little getaway reset.

We floated out of the room like driftwood, carried by the soft waves of the sea, light and free... 🌊
