I’m really looking forward to being part of the Self Care Fayre at Catcliffe Memorial Hall on Sunday 4th October, 2pm–5pm. 💕

It’s FREE ENTRY, and there’ll be lots of lovely stands, small businesses and holistic practitioners to discover — a perfect afternoon dedicated to self-care, wellbeing and taking a little time for you. 🌿✨

I’ll be there with my couch, blankets and products, offering some lovely mini treatments on the day:

So I started my Reiki training in May this year, and I completed Reiki 2 training today, hooray! 🎉
Once I’ve submitted the remainder of work on case studies and practised some more on my family and Bonnie 🐾 , I will be able to treat clients.
I’ll keep you posted as to when I feel ready to take bookings, for now I’ll be working hard on learning, practicing and developing my skills ☺️💜💫

I saw two lovely clients today receiving treatments for a full body massage and a facial 💕 My work brings me so much joy it’s quite ridiculous, I have to pinch myself sometimes that I’m doing something I love and believe in so much.
