Most of us spend hours looking at screens every day — phones, laptops, TVs. It's just part of modern life. But long hours on screens can leave our eyes feeling tired and strained.

Here's a few things that can help:

👁️ Take regular breaks — the 20-20-20 rule is a good one
👁️ Adjust your screen brightness to match the room
👁️ Blink more consciously (we blink less when we're focused on a screen)
👁️ Keep your screen at a comfortable distance — roughly arm's length

Small adjustments, but they add up over the course of a day.

This morning the Hing family were invited to join in Daves last sport - basketball.

Dave is the CEO of MOVE against cancer and has been completing 24 sports in 24hrs, showing off the amazing sports available in Bedford.

He finished the day off tailwalking with Laura at Bedford Jr parkrun.
