🌼 Meet Belle – One of Our Wonderful Walfinch Carers 🌼
Hello everyone, I’m Belle!
I’ve been part of the Walfinch family for almost a year now, and it has truly been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. I’m a Shepperton local through and through — born and raised here — and when I’m not out supporting our lovely clients, I’m kept busy by my two mischievous sausage dogs and my little cat.
I began caring straight out of school at 17. Over the years I explored a few different professions, but I always found my way back to care. It’s where my heart feels most at home.
What I love most is building genuine connections with my clients — supporting their independence, celebrating their individuality, and being part of the small moments that make a big difference. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that the work I do helps someone feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Walfinch makes this possible every day. Our amazing team, strong ethics, and of course our wonderful clients create an environment where caring feels meaningful and joyful.
Alongside supporting clients in their homes, some of my favourite moments are spent going for walks, visiting garden centres, and enjoying cosy coffee trips to Nautacalia together.
