First marathon complete ✅

A massive congratulations to our client Emelie on completing the Southampton Marathon in an incredible 4:22 👏

34km in, severe cramp hit both legs, but she dug deep, managed it brilliantly, and still crossed that finish line smiling 💪

So proud of the hard work, consistency and resilience that got her there. Recovery mode officially activated 🦵✨

WE DID IT!! 👏✨

A huge congratulations to our amazing client Helen (and Kate!) for completing the Stonehenge 26 mile walk in support of Alzheimer’s 💙

Over the past few months, Helen has been working closely with Rachael on her training programme to help prepare her body for the physical demands of the challenge. From strength work and endurance training to injury prevention and recovery, all the hard work behind the scenes paid off 👏

Helen set off at 7am and completed the challenge by 4:20pm an incredible achievement! The final miles were tough, but this is exactly why we train 💪

At Shepperton Physiotherapy, we love helping people build confidence in their bodies and prepare for big goals and events like this 🫶

Not only did they complete the walk, but they have also raised an amazing £1,115 for Alzheimer’s 👏

We are so proud of you Helen! You absolutely smashed it! ✨

✨ London Marathon success story ✨

A huge congratulations to Claire for completing the London Marathon 🏃‍♀️🎉

Claire worked with our physiotherapist Gee during her marathon training after struggling with knee and ankle pain. Through treatment, rehab, and support along the way, Claire was able to continue training and make it to race day feeling strong 💪

Hearing that she got all the way to the final 5km before feeling any pain, and still pushed through to the finish line, is exactly why we love what we do 🙌

“I ended up having the best time ever and I think marathon running might be my thing!”

We are incredibly proud of Claire and so happy Gee could be part of her marathon journey from injury setbacks to crossing that finish line 🏅

✨Our physio team is growing 💙✨

We are so excited to welcome Jodie and Tazzy to the Shepperton Physiotherapy team 💙💚

Jodie is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a background across the NHS, including ICU, paediatrics, neurology and prosthetics rehab. She has a strong passion for football and strength training, and loves helping people return to doing what they love 💪⚽️

Tazzy is a HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with a wide range of experience across musculoskeletal, womens health, paediatrics and stroke rehab. With a strong sporting background in hockey, she brings a performance-focused and holistic approach to rehab 🏑✨

Both are passionate about delivering personalised, evidence-based care and helping you feel your best 🙌
