If you'd prefer to speak to me first, we can have a brief chat about what has brought you to me, any initial questions you have and whether working together feels right for you. There's absolutely no obligation to book afterwards.

✨ *Experience* — 30-minute Introductory Energy Healing Session | £55
If you've never experienced energy healing before, this is a gentle introduction designed especially for new clients. You don't need to understand it, believe anything in particular or know what you're supposed to feel — simply come with an open mind and experience it for yourself.

💫 *Go Deeper* —
60-minute Quantum Reiki & Recalibration Session | £110 or
90-minute Quantum Reiki & Deep Recalibration Session | £165
If you already know you're ready, you can book a full session and we can explore what has brought you to me in much greater depth.

💷 *And a new cash payment option...*
For my existing clients, I'm also happy to accept cash payment at your appointment. Please note the 48 hour cancellation policy still applies to cash bookings.

First-time client appointments will still need to be paid for in advance to secure your booking, but once you're established with me, you can choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you.

❤️ 🌟 Our beautiful Star 🌟 ❤️

I wanted to share a little update, as this week is going to look slightly different for me.

On Friday, our beautiful Husky Malamute, Star, passed away very suddenly while we were away in Cornwall. Our eldest son Ethan was home with her when she collapsed and passed, and although we are completely heartbroken, I’m deeply grateful that she was able to choose her own moment to leave this life, peacefully and on her own terms.

She was so much more than a dog to us. She was family. A beautiful soul, a huge presence in our lives and such an important part of our home for so many years.

Right now, the space she has left behind feels enormous. We are all missing her terribly and giving ourselves the time and space to grieve, honour her life and adjust to a home that suddenly feels very different without her physical presence in it.

Because of this, I won’t be holding any healing sessions this week. I need to honour where I am emotionally and energetically, and I know that I cannot give healing sessions the presence they deserve while my heart is grieving. Anyone who is currently booked in will be contacted to reschedule.

My teachings will still be going ahead as planned, as will my one-to-one follow-up meetings. I may simply be a little quieter and more tender than usual while we find our way through these first days without her.

Thank you to everyone who has already shown our family so much love and kindness. It means more than you know.

Star was loved beyond words, and she always will be.

Her physical journey beside us may have ended, but the love, memories and beautiful imprint she has left within our family remain. ❤️🐺✨

Not everyone is meant to work with me, just as not everyone is meant to work with another practitioner. And that's not only okay—it's exactly as it should be.
