DAY IN THE LIFE ❕

Today at JD Sports Massage, I had the honour of working with before they played 🏉🙌

The goal of today was to perform pre game massages on areas where the athletes felt was most beneficial; Each massage lasted 15-20 minutes 👊

Absolute pleasure working with the rugby lads, great bunch of players and a massive opportunity ❕

Having now completed my Dry Cupping course, I can now offer this service to clients moving forward 🙌

I will be offering dry cupping & ‘fire’ cupping. Fire cupping has the added benefit of applying a level heat through the muscle tissue.
