Sweat Together, Win Together!

Work at your own pace to lock in as many rounds as possible before the timer runs out.
Total-Body Results: Power through dynamic core , explosive cardio bursts, and functional strength stations.

This 60-minute core, strength, and aerobic circuit class combines full-body strength exercises and cardio bursts with a strong focus on core stability.

The session includes a 10-minute warm-up, a 40-minute high-energy circuit moving through multiple fitness stations, and a 10-minute cool-down stretch.

We are a 3 week block in September £18.75. ( 4 week block £25)

September fitness classes st michael start on the 7th September and will run for 3 weeks till the 21st Sept the first month. (Holiday booked)
Then from October we run as normal 4 weeks.
So if you would like to either join me from
6.10pm - 6.55pm for 45 mins of lower impact mat core and tone ( think pilates style workout) total cost for 3 weeks £18.75.
Or our 7pm - 8pm fitness circuit, and hour of strength, aerobic and core workout with all the fun of a bootcamp style workout. Total cost for 3 weeks £18.75.
