A little update from Soulfired 🌿

We've emailed all members and those on our mailing list, but wanted to share this here too.

From 10pm tonight, our prices will be changing to help keep Soulfired sustainable for the long term.

✨ Non-members: £12.50 → £14
✨ Members: £9 → £11

We've also introduced:
🌿 a 15-minute reset between our 60-minute sessions
🚪 A fourth changing room (on its way)

You can still book at current prices until 10pm this evening, and you’re welcome to book multiple sessions in advance if you’d like.

🔥 NEW SAUNA TIMINGS STARTING THIS FRIDAY 🔥

From this Friday (12th June) we’re changing our session timings ever so slightly - moving to a 60-minute sauna session with a 15-minute break in between.

It’s a small change, but it should make a big difference – giving everyone a bit more space between sessions for a proper reset and an even more relaxed feel.

🔆 Friday and Saturday daytime sessions:
10:30 – 11:30
11:45 – 12:45
13:00 – 14:00
14:15 – 15:15 (this first Friday only, the 14:15 session will start at 14:30 as there are already bookings in place)

🌙 Friday evenings:
16:30 – 17:30
17:45 – 18:45
19:00 – 20:00
