Very exciting news for all of us at TSP 💖 We are thrilled to now have a second location on the Isle of Portland and will be able to offer walk and talk therapy along chesil beach and the surrounding area ⛱️🌞

..who have just collected the keys to open their new office at Victoria Buildings in Portland. The Sherborne Practise specialises in counselling and psychotherapy, bringing a vital service to the Portland community.

Last Friday we had the absolute pleasure of opening up the practice for local businesses, families and professionals to view our rooms and celebrate 🥂 to a wonderful 3 years of The Sherborne Practice. With approximately 60 guests we were incredibly proud to show off our team and let people try some of our resources.

A very big thank you to Shelden Glass for donating your beautiful pocket hugs, to Bea at The Silver Cake for our delicious cakes and to in Crewkerne for putting up with my barrage of emails over the last few weeks and hitting every deadline without fail. Also to Emma from Downbarn Farm Educational Visits for supporting us, we look forward to a wellbeing visit soon.

Thank you to all who attended and who support the practice 💖 and to our absolutely fantastic team of practitioners who go above and beyond every day.

Things have been wonderfully busy here at The Sherborne Practice as we have worked hard to open our new rooms, with one left to complete, I thought I'd share some of the new spaces ☺️

🌟🌟POSTER COMPETITION 🌟🌟
We were absolutely blown away by the fantastic mental health posters sent in from local children, their knowledge and artistic skills made judging very difficult, but also a real pleasure. The first 4 pictures are our category winners who received the delicious XL Lindt eggs, with the following posters also receiving Easter eggs (smaller ones) in recognition of their hard work. Thank you to all that participated, we feel very proud to be displaying your art work in our practice rooms 💖

🐣🌟COMPETITION 🌟🐣
Here at The Sherborne Practice we'd like to promote how we can support mental health awareness across the ages, with this in mind we have launched a "Design a mental health poster" competition. The 4 winners will all receive an XL Lindt Easter Egg, and have their posters displayed in our therapy rooms here at The Sherborne Practice.

We've already had a wonderful response from some of the local schools, thank you 💖 and would appreciate you sharing our post 🥰
