My idea of a perfect morning routine for busy days 🌅
..because lets face it, we are all busy!

1. Listen to positive affirmations while you brush your teeth

2. Read one page of a book

3. Say 3 things you're grateful for in the mirror while you're styling your hair

4. Avoid your phone for as long as possible

5. Do one yoga stretch as you're getting out of bed
