DISPENSARY CLOSURE NOTICE
Due to staff training, the dispensary will be closed between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm on Friday 21 August.
You will not be able to order or collect prescriptions during this time.

***update 18:00, 20th July 2026, the issue has now been resolved***

Unfortunately, our phone lines are currently unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue.

We are working with our phone provider to resolve this as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If your enquiry cannot wait until our phone lines have been restored, please visit the surgery between 8:00am and 6:30pm, where a member of our team will be happy to help.

**If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately.**

Due to the incredibly hot weather forecast for Thursday, a decision has been made to cancel Sherborne PCN health and wellbeing fair on health and safety grounds.

Has anyone lost a small bag with 2 x Westfalia towbar keys inside? If you have or know of anyone who has please get them to call into Yetminster Health Centre for them.

We will be closed for staff training between 1pm and 3pm on Tuesday 12th May. Patients will not be able to phone or book appointments, access reception services or pick up prescriptions during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.
