Has anyone lost a small bag with 2 x Westfalia towbar keys inside? If you have or know of anyone who has please get them to call into Yetminster Health Centre for them.

We will be closed for staff training between 1pm and 3pm on Tuesday 12th May. Patients will not be able to phone or book appointments, access reception services or pick up prescriptions during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We are getting lots of phone calls regarding Meningitis vaccinations. Here is some useful information as per the UK Health Security Agency & UK Government Guidance:

💉All children under 2years old will be offered at least 2 MenB vaccinations. Over 2years old are NOT eligible.

💉Children aged 14-15years will be offered MenACWY at school - administered by the School Immunisation team.

💉Under 25's remain eligible for MenACWY (until their 25th birthday). Please contact the surgery if you would like to have this vaccination.

💉Over 25 years - NOT eligible

💉If you would like to have a vaccine but do not meet the criteria, please speak to your local pharmacy who may be able to offer this privately as we cannot offer this at the surgery.

‼️‼️‼️Dispensary Notice ‼️‼️‼️
Due to flooding caused by Storm Chandra, we are currently very short-staffed and one of our dispensary colleagues is working on her own.
For this reason, the dispensary will be closed between 12:00pm and 2:30pm, and during this time you won’t be able to order or collect prescriptions.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and kindness while we do our best under difficult circumstances. Thank you for your understanding 💙
