🌼 Hay Fever Season Is Here! 🤧

As pollen levels rise, many people may start experiencing hay fever symptoms such as:

🌿 Sneezing
🌿 A runny or blocked nose
🌿 Itchy, red or watery eyes
🌿 An itchy throat, mouth, nose or ears

To help manage symptoms:

✅ Check pollen forecasts and plan ahead
✅ Keep windows closed when pollen counts are high
✅ Shower and change clothes after spending time outdoors
✅ Wear sunglasses to help protect your eyes from pollen
✅ Consider using antihistamines or other hay fever treatments available from your local pharmacy

Most hay fever can be managed without needing a GP appointment. Your pharmacist can advise on the most suitable treatment for you.

If symptoms are severe, persistent, or are affecting your asthma, please contact the practice for advice.

Wishing all our patients a comfortable and healthy spring and summer season. 🌼☀️
