🌿 Introducing… Your Moment of Calm 🌿

I’d like to share something new with you…

I know many of you have busy lives, and I often encourage making time for yourself. I’d like to support you in taking a moment to pause, breathe and take a little time just for you.

Your Moment of Calm is for you — a few moments to slow down, relax and feel calm.

Each moment may include a gentle breathing exercise, a calming thought, a relaxation practice or simply a quiet moment to pause.

A little glimpse into the calming sounds of one of our recent Soundbath experiences. ✨

Our next Soundbath experience is planned for 29th August, with full details coming soon.

I hope to capture more photographs and videos to give you a feel for the experience. From enjoying ceremonial cacao and gentle aura cleansing, to standing in our large Tibetan bowl, guided breathing, physical relaxation, Tibetan bowl placement and, of course, the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls… I look forward to sharing more with you soon. 🪷
