Lakeshore Healthcare Lakeshore provides high quality residential nursing care as a short term bookable respite stay or long term care. We are an independent nursing home. St.

David’s core strength lies in the excellent nursing care that it delivers to its residents. Qualified nursing staff are on duty 24 hours a day working with a team of friendly care assistants. Our home is visited on a weekly basis by the local GP. A hairdresser, chiropodist and optician also visit regularly. Whether you need a little respite care or have complex nursing requirements we are happy accommodate you and make sure your comfortable during your stay.

A nail bar for all in was set up in the conservatory 💅

Nails were cut and filed and hand cream applied. Some requested their nails painted with a colour of their choice. Refreshments were served at the nail bar and residents' choice of music played in the background 🎶

He shared lots of fascination facts about them. Then wearing thick gloves residents were able to hold and stroke the owls. The weather was beautiful, so residents and owls enjoyed the marquees and the gardens ☀

This week features provides residents with many opportunities to explore the arts 🎨

There's music on Tuesday, poetry on Wednesday and pottery on Thursday and Friday afternoon. Residents who enjoy competitive activities will have fun in the Saturday Games Show afternoon.

In addition to the hairdresser, the chiropodist is also visiting us this week 💆💆‍♀️

Thank you to everyone who made our Summer Fete a success; staff, residents, volunteers and musicians - it was a wonderful afternoon ❤

It was great to many generations of a family having fun together. The afternoon started with the Sheringham Ukulele Band (The SUBS) playing a medley of songs to which residents and visitors could sing along 🎶

All the stalls were very popular. The sun came out just as the BBQ was ready to serve burgers, sausages and various salads. There were delicious strawberries and cream to follow. Many people had room for a cake or two or bought slices to take home 🍓

The SUBS performed a second set later in the afternoon and then raffle prizes were awarded 🏆

We look forward to seeing you today!

Our Summer Fete is from 2pm - 5pm Residents have been busy organising some of the stalls. The marquees and sun umbrellas are up, so there will be plenty of shade under which you can enjoy your BBQ and strawberries.

The Sheringham Ukulele Band will perform twice during the course of the afternoon.

This is an event for everyone. All ages welcome!

We have many avid Wimbledon fans at Lakeshore 🎾

This year, the Wimbledon afternoon coincided with the men's semifinal featuring Arthur Frey. Residents had Pimms & lemonade or pink lemonade initially then were served homemade scones with jam, fresh strawberries & cream. Though our guy didn't win, everyone had a super afternoon 🍓

Monday - features the very popular Quiz Afternoon.

Tuesday - Games Afternoon

Wednesday - Arts and Crafts

Thursday - St. Peter's Church, Sheringham, will visit to lead the monthly Communion service.

The Summer Fete is always one of the highlights of summer, so please join us if you can. The more, the merrier ❤
