This week I received a publishing deal for my book. It won’t be on the shelves until next year, but this feels like such a positive milestone.✨💫🫶💥

We spend so much of our time holding space for others to rest, heal and reconnect. What I didn’t expect was that writing this book would hold space for me.🙏❤️‍🩹

After the flood, there were days when I wasn’t sure how to make sense of it all. Writing became part of my healing, and continuing to run our retreats gave me purpose and kept me moving forward.🙏🫶

To everyone who has joined us over the past year, thank you. You came looking for space to breathe and reconnect, but without realising it, you were also helping me heal.❤️‍🩹

This isn’t just about a book. It’s a reminder that something beautiful can grow from even the hardest seasons. 🤍🫶💫✨

I’m truly grateful to the team and all our wonderful guests. ❤️

It’s exciting times, behind the scenes along with the book, we are the creator’s a brand new product, which I think you will all love, it’s an ecosystem for self regulation and nervous system reset, I can’t wait to share it with you all.

The launch date is planned for this new product Oct 🚀
