What a fabulous evening at Slimming World Shifnal.

Have you lost your sparkle ✨

Do you want to find it again❓

I lost mine in 2020 when that first picture was taken. I was utterly disgusted with how I had let myself become 🥹

I took control and joined
Like many of you, I was nervous about walking through those doors wondering what others may think about me, only to be welcomed with no judgement, a huge smile 😁 and a cuppa ☕

Yes my journey has been a rollercoaster 🎢 with many weight losses but equally some weight gains along the way.

I got to target 🎯 in 2024 with a 3st weight loss and put 1st 7lbs back on again 6 months later.

Fast forward to now and I'm back at target 🎯 again and staying there this time too.

✨✨ My sparkle is very much shining again now ✨✨ and I think this shows in the final 2 pictures.

When you feel good, your confidence glows.

So join me and other like minded Slimmers at Slimming World Shifnal on that journey to find your sparkle ✨ again

As the children break up from school and those summer 🌞 holidays approach it can start to feel like you're out of routine 🙄

Here at Slimming World Shifnal our routine stays the same, we stay open for you because your weight loss journey is as important to me as it is you ❣️

In fact, my promise to you is to have group open 🗓️ 52 weeks of the year.

So as those summer 🌞 holidays approach and the children are at home 🏡 you can still join group and what's even more special is you can bring the kids along too.

After all Slimming World is a family affair 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Bring them to group, let them be apart of your weight loss journey, let them see the hard work you put in.

And, as normal I'll be waiting just the other side of those doors ready to welcome you with warmth, a passion for weight loss and no judgement 😁
