Some of our residents had a day out at Exmouth beach 🏖️ they had a wheelchair hire hut which meant those who are wheelchair users were able to be hoisted to sit on the hire chairs to be able to access the beach and the sea 🌊 It was lovely! A cold splash in the water, lots of smiles, and a very nice day in the sun ☀️

Yesterday was our annual barbecue! ☀️

We had lots of delicious food and yummy puddings 🤤🧁

A lot of effort and hard work went into getting everything ready so a massive thank you to everyone who helped make yesterday so lovely ☺️

We have had a busy few weeks!

When the sun has been making an appearance we have been planting our lovely new flowers in the garden along with our craft projects 🐝 🌺 the garden is looking amazing, very summery!

A few of our residents went for a fun day out to Collett park 🌷 for their fun day 🌳

Yesterday we had a birthday party which our fab care team went to lots of effort to display delicious fruit and they made the yummiest cake 😋🎂 evenings like these mean a lot when the whole house gets together for a party 🕺 🪩

And as always different scenic walks come rain or come shine 🌧️☀️

Thank you to everyone at Daneswood for making days like these as joyful as always for our residents 🥰

🎉 We have a new exciting vacancy available - Support worker second hours!! 🎉

🔸Support worker pay rate: £13.15 - £14.15

These hours are to support some of our residents out in the community with different activities such as swimming, going for walks, going to a disco, etc.
On days where there is hours available in the morning and afternoon these can be combined into a long day if preferred.

🔸Current hours available:

Mondays - 10:00 - 14:00
Mondays - 14:00 - 19:00
Tuesdays - 09:00 - 13:00
Tuesdays - 13:00 - 18:00
Wednesdays - 09:30 - 12:30
Thursdays - 12:00 - 16:00
Fridays - 10:00 - 12:00
Fridays - 10:00 - 14:00
